I simply loved these window fly traps for its versatility. I can put them on windows and also on my planters to trap does annoying fungus gnats. They are very easy to install, and I can cut them to any size that I want. Best of all is the price! I’m really happy with these window fly traps.
This works great to trap pesky flies . Especially since they always buzz around windows . Easy to apply .
I like the idea of these Window Fly Traps for Indoors, but I don't know how you are supposed to keep them on a window that is facing the sun most of the day. The one I tried, ended up coming loose on both sides quite quickly.So, instead of sticking a second one to my window, I just stuck it on a piece of thin white cardboard and leaned it up on the top of the bottom window. It actually has some small bugs on it, even without it being on the actual window pane. I will be using these in that way, because they won't stay stuck to my hot windows. They are also easier to just toss the cardboard out when I think it is spent and not chance touching the sticky bug side.
These are a good idea, but with them not staying on my sunny hot windows, they are not something I would repurchase.
We’ve never had a problem with flies, and until this year rarely had Ladybugs (Asian Lady Beetles) get into the house. However, for the first time since we built our home 35 years ago, the Ladybugs have swarmed us. We have been vacuuming up 200 to 300 per day for the past few weeks.
I placed a couple of these strips in our laundry room window this afternoon, and they did snag a few. So far so good. I’ll put up more tomorrow in other windows and see what happens. Even if they only get part of the little critters, I’ll call that a success. For 12 strips, the price is good.
