Point Calculation

  • Included: Product price after discounts, promo prices, and seasonal sales.
  • Excluded: Shipping fees, taxes, service, or handling fees.
  • Rounding: Always rounded down to whole Points based on the formula: floor(price × tier).
Example: $17.90 order subtotal
• Bronze: $17.90 × 1 = 17 pts
• Silver: $17.90 × 1.25 = 22 pts
• Gold: $17.90 × 1.5 = 26 pts

How Tiers Move

  • Rolling 12-month window: Qualifying spend is summed across the last 12 months, not a calendar year.
  • Immediate Upgrades: Once you cross the threshold, the new multiplier applies to your very next purchase.
  • Monthly Recalculation: Tier status is recomputed once per month, on the first day of the month.
  • Graceful Downgrades: If you fall below a threshold, you keep your tier through the end of the month.

Points Lifecycle

  • 12-month Lifespan: Points expire 12 months from your last activity.
  • Keep Everything: Any earning or redemption resets the expiration clock for your entire balance. A single purchase per year preserves your Points indefinitely!
  • 30-Day Warning: You will be notified by email when Points are 30 days from expiring.
  • Hard Expiration: Expired Points are removed and cannot be restored.

A progressive ladder rewards patience: the more Points you spend at once, the higher your effective return.

  • 100 Points = $3
  • 250 Points = $9
  • 500 Points = $20
  • 1000 Points = $45
  • 2000 Points = $100

Redemption Mechanics

Before you redeem, here is exactly how applying your Points works at checkout:

  • One-shot redemption: Pick a single ladder rung per order (no custom amounts).
  • Coupon generation: Generate a single-use coupon in your dashboard to apply at checkout.
  • Discount only: Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or to cover shipping.
  • No Stacking: Reward coupons cannot be stacked with other promotional codes.

It’s completely free to join! Simply create an account on our store by clicking the registration button above. If you already have a store account, you are automatically enrolled and start at the Bronze tier.
Are shipping fees and taxes included in my Point earnings?
No. Points are calculated solely from the order subtotal (after any applied discounts or promo sales). Shipping fees, taxes, and service/handling fees are excluded from the calculation.
Can I use my points along with other discounts?
Reward coupons generated from your points cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional discount codes at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
How much are Points worth and how long can I save them?
Every 1 point = $1 spent. You can save and redeem your points for progressive discounts, ranging from $3 off (for 100 points) up to $100 off (for 2000 points). Your points have a 12-month lifespan, meaning you have a full year to save them up. Plus, any new purchase or redemption automatically resets the 12-month clock for your entire balance!
