Order Processing Time

After your payment is successfully completed, your order is reviewed and processed by our team within 30 minutes during business hours.

Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays may require additional processing time due to limited warehouse operations.

Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are delivered via UPS or USPS, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

  • Economy Shipping (UPS or USPS):
    - Free shipping on orders $60 and up
    - $5.90 for orders under $60
    - 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (UPS or USPS):
    $11.90 · 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment:

  • In your order details

  • In the dedicated tracking section on our website

  • Directly on the carrier’s website (UPS or USPS)

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, multiple tracking numbers will be provided so you can follow each shipment separately.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
