    A). The device’s valve may have become clogged over time due to hard-water deposits. Remove the device from the tank and rinse it thoroughly under running water, moving the valve back and forth while rinsing.

    B). The settings may have been lost or set incorrectly. Adjust the mounting module according to the water-level indicator—you may need to extend it slightly!

    Can the solution from the bottle stain hands or clothing ?

    Yes, because the solution contains a concentrated dye. Wear rubber gloves when replacing or installing the device. If the solution does get on your hands or clothing, it’s not serious and can be washed off with soap or removed in the laundry.

    Is the formula dangerous for humans or the environment ?

    As with any household chemical, handle with care.
    Our product holds 18 patents for both the valve mechanism and the overall design, ensuring safe use.
    The cleaner contains organic surfactants—Primary Alcohol Ethoxylate, Sodium Alcohol Ether Sulfate, and Sodium Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate—along with organic fragrances and a colorant.
