Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy purchases.
This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these purchase options.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term.
If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time:

  • Through the link provided in your order confirmation email

  • Or by visiting our Support page and contacting us using a convenient method

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to become available in the future.

Depending on the product, we may:

  • Collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout

  • Securely store your payment method

  • Charge the remaining or full amount when the item is ready to ship

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


Try Before You Buy

For “try before you buy” purchases, we may authorize your payment method before shipping the item.

You will be given a specific evaluation period to decide whether you want to keep the product.
If the item is not returned within this period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
