This “eHouse Automatic toilet bowl cleaner with antibacterial and cleansing properties, rich foam, and a pleasant scent of Lemon, Green Apple, or Hypoallergenic unscented option. (LEMON)” is a bit complicated to install, it comes with an instruction with an QR code for a video, but the QR code doesn’t work. And then the written instructions is a bit confusing, I ended up having to search up other listing on Amazon and on the internet to figure out how to “install” this gadget.Also, the review link from my purchase isn’t really the product that I am reviewing, so it is kind of confusing. The product that I am reviewing is this “https://www.amazon.com/eHouse-Automatic-Antibacterial-Toilet-Cleaner/dp/B0F7HQSCN5”. I am not reviewing just the "user guide".Except the fact that it is a bit confusing to install, after you get it in, it seems to work fine. The smell is pretty good. I installed the apple scent version in about two minutes - box to working in the tank. The blue water that comes with every flush fights the germs and rust that three boys can generate in impressive quantities. The bathroom smells noticeably better throughout the day without me having to spray anything. I still do a weekly wipe down but it takes five minutes instead of twenty. This is a neat automatic toilet bowl cleaner. It arrives in a nicely displayed cylindrical container, which I am always a fan of vs generic brown boxes or clear plastic bags.Setting up and installing the device was very simple - there was a bit of ambiguity / understanding in how the instructions were written but they are clear enough to get it going within 5 minutes.Once installed, it indeed turns the water blue, which is always fun. It also indeed seemed to help get some of the build up on the side of the toilet off - very nice to be able to just scrub the toilet and have it removed. It did foam as well, with a bit of help.Overall it is very effective and I expect will last a long time. My only complaint is the scent - it is indeed a very strong scent of lemons. Which, I hadn't realized, but also is a very common public bathroom scent, and is definitely not what I want to smell in my own house. This is entirely personal preference, but I think should be considered when selecting a scented product.Otherwise, recommended!

I ordered this eHouse Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner to use in our new Kohler toilet. Even though this toilet has a 1.5 gallon per flush tank, this cleaner cylinder fit in it. It was a little messy, but the little bit of blue I spilled on my hands and toilet cleaned off easily, with no staining. It has a bottle of cleaner that you screw into the cylinder/holder, then put over the open tank, adjust to water level height, which was not too hard, then invert and place in the tank. It makes blue water in the toilet bowl and has a slight lemon smell. The problem I had was the toilet wasn’t flushing as well, with less water in the tank. It got plugged, on day two of using it. I moved it to our other toilet, that has a 2 gallon tank (by putting it in a bucket), and it has been doing its job, since then. Based on the current price, I would not order this again.

The construction and the assembly is fairly simple, but the instructions can be a bit confusing. For example it's unclear why one needs to pull the cylinder halfway first if it's later extended all the way, but I guess it's because if one tries to screw in the bottle while it's extended all the way, there's a risk of too much torque on the cylinder and it breaking.Fits fine in my tank of a Toto toilet, but as you can see from the picture the fit can be limited depending. Takes a few flushes to get going, and dyes the water a light blue with a hint of a fresh smell but no foam. The instructions say to disconnect the fill tube, and maybe that way one can get foam, but that's silly as that's required for the correct level of water in the bowl.As of yet it's unclear on whether or not it's effective. Will be interesting to see once it's all used up to gauge amount of clean-ness compared to regular usage. Pricey compared to discs.

Got lemon for the master bath, apple for the guest bath, and unscented for the basement half bath. All three work identically great. The blue water and cleaning power is the same across all of them. Nice to have options for different spaces though

Here while lately, in this 4 person household, I've found that I'm cleaning the toilet way more than when it was just my wife and I. I found this and decided to order it for convenience.I've found that I have to use less elbow grease when scrubbing the bowl now, and it leaves behind a nice lemon scent not unlike what you'd smell from public bathroom urinal cakes.It was easy to install, and I've had no trouble with it. It works just as well as those tank tablets you can add to your tank.It has saved me a few minutes on scrubbing the bowl each time so far.

This is an effective automatic toilet bowl cleaner that cleans with each flush. It's a blue liquid with a pleasant lemon scent that is in no way overwhelming. The positives: it cleans well and leaves a refreshing scent. The instructions were a little confusing at first but they provide useful illustrations and it's not actually that difficult to set up. The packaging says it will last for up to 800 flushes but that remains to be seen and I'm sure that with a lower capacity (water-saving low flow) toilet you'll get more use out of one canister. It's tough to say yet if it's a good value since I don't know how many flushes I'll get from it but it is good to know that refills are available for $10 less than the cost of the initial set up module. The negatives: it's a bit more complicated to use than a Ty-D-Bol (or equivalent) tablet. Also, until you're comfortable installing the refill canister, I'd recommend wearing latex gloves. There's no such suggestion on the packaging but there should be. If you get the blue liquid on your hands, it will stain like fountain pen ink. Best to use gloves which you can then safely peel off after install, even if they got stained. So, yes, this is a good automatic toilet cleaning option but it will only be cost-effective if it approaches the hundreds of flushes as spec'ed for each canister.

I'm always looking for an easier way to clean the toilet, and this caught my eye right away. I've tried many "in tank" cleaners, and I love the ease of use, but they typically don't last as long as advertised, and weekly deep cleaning is a must. This eHouse Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner certainly looks different, and I'll admit I'm pleased with its performance so far.When I first opened the tube this arrived in, I was somewhat intimidated, and the included instructions didn't really help. Even with the pictures, I was confused about which way was up, and thankfully, there is a video on this page that shows how simple it is. Once I watched that, it was just a matter of placing the cleaner in my tank. Unfortunately, I have a modern tank which made this task a bit harder. After a bit of fumbling (and muttering), I managed to get the unit set in place, and the teal colored liquid filled the bowl. The lemon scent is great. It's lemony without that weird cleaner smell, and is better than most of the toilet cleaners I've tried.I'm happy with this automatic bowl cleaner so far, and only time will tell how long it actually works. I do have a couple of issues with the unit, and getting it positioned correctly could be easier, but overall, it came together quickly, so I won't dwell on it. Take note that if your tank is not standard, you might not be able to use this. Refills are available here, and they are a bit pricey, but if they clean as long as they claim, they will be worth it.

I want to say this automatic toilet bowl cleaner works well. I got the lemon scented one and it smells great. As far as putting it together and installation, you should watch the video. The paper directions are confusion. So yes, it does leave the toilet water blue automatically after each flush. As far as it can go 800 flush, time will tell on that answer. Overall, I'm very impressed with the product.However, there should be a Disclaimer about using gloves during installation. I had some of the blue drops land on my fingers and I looked like a surf (see pics). The blue doesn't come off with regular soap and water. I had to use cherry bomb hand cleaner to get the blue off, just in case this happens to you.

Setup is straightforward just use disposable gloves when installing, makes it cleaner and easier. Light lemon scent nothing overpowering
